St.Gallen Institute of Management in Latin America (GIMLA) Since 2010, the HSG Hub São Paulo strengthens the relations and the network of the University of St. Gallen in Latin America. In 2016 the Hub was upgraded to an institute, in line with the existing institute in Singapore. The University of St.Gallen has had a Hub Office for Latin America in São Paulo, Brazil, since 2010. The objective of this office is to foster partnerships, research, exchange programmes and executive education in the region. Its research focus is on Impact Business in the fields of Inclusive Business and Public Policy, Impact Investing, Access to Healthcare and Renewable Energy. The Hub Office was upgraded to the St.Gallen Institute of Management in Latin America (GIMLA) in 2016. It is active in research, teaching, consulting and conferences. Its core topics include impact investing, social finance and inclusive growth. The management is taken on by Dr. Angélica Rotondaro as Director of GIMLA. The managing committee is formed by Prof. Dr. Ulrike Landfester (Vice-President, External Relations), Dr. Peter Lindstrom (Head of Quality Development) and Dr. Wolfgang Reichenberger (member of the HSG Alumnis Advisory Board).
